Human Resource Managers (Tobacco Industry)

CLIENT'S PROFILE:
One of the world’s largest players in tobacco industry, with a global market share of 11% and market capitalization of approximately USD 50 billion.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resource Manager will handle the overall human resource division of the company: human resource management, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, employee relations, and others.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or any related course
• Male or Female, not more than 45 years old
• With at least 5 years HR experience in managerial level from Multinational company
• Must be very good in Human Resource Management, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Selection Strategy, Talent Management Concept and Labor Code
• Must be knowledgeable in HR Cost Planning & Headcount Control
• Must have knowledge about Job Description, Job Evaluation theories and methodologist (i.e. WG concept, Hay & Mercer)
• Proficient in Compensation and Benefits (i.e. Payline standard statistical techniques)
• With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
