• Finished at least 2nd year college level, Diploma courses are also considered

• Excellent Oral English Communication Skills

• Flexible with shifting schedules, particularly graveyard shifts

• Can type at least 25-30 words per minute

• Multilingual applicants, Asian languages (Mandarin, Fukien, Korean, Japanese, etc.) and European languages (French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, etc.) will also be considered
