- Completed at least 3rd yr in college
- Good to Excellent Communication skills
- Has call center experience and was able to handle sales accounts
- Good Customer Service skills
- Can handle pressure
- Fast learner
- Financial background is very much preferred, but not required (so that they can easily adjust to the terms and process of af financial account)
- Good credit standings
- No serious health issues
