GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Inputs lists of items, numbers, or other data into computers or complete forms. May work on existing data, edit current information, and/or proofread new entries to a database for accuracy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compare data with source documents, re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
Locate and correct data entry errors, and report them to supervisors.
Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
First-rate skill set including writing and reading comprehension, time management, critical thinking, judgment and decision making, and learning strategies.
Excellent abilities in written comprehension, information ordering, perceptual speed, finger dexterity and category flexibility.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
At least one (1) solid year of work experience in data entry or similar background.
Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status.
Willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
Willing to work nights, weekends and/or holidays on an as-needed basis.
