Executive Chef

Requirement:
- Male/Female, not more than 45 years old
- Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree, related culinary arts degree
- Five years as apprentice, assistant cook (commis 3,2,1) and team leader (chef de partie)
- Minimum two years as chef de cuisine in a fine dining restaurant operation or outlet chef at a five star hotel
- Experience in simultaneous handling of multiple hotel outlets, including contemporary banquet operations, room service, coffee shop and fine dining
- Demonstrated practical knowledge in the culinary arts
- Previous experience with food and cost, menu development and pricing, staff training and kitchen hygiene.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
