HR Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provides assistance in all facets of Human Resources such as but not limited to:
• Recruitment, Selection and Placement
• Records/Documentation Management
• Attendance/Time Keeping
• Employee Relations
• Compensation & Benefits administration

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Preferably with at least 6 months related work experience
• Knowledgeable in all facets of HR especially recruitment for the BPO or call center industry
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Computer and Internet savvy
• Articulate, excellent oral and written communication skills
• Great phone manner
• Driven, internally-motivated and can work with minimal supervision
• Resourceful and flexible
• Detail - oriented and organized
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center
