IT Helpdesk
• Bachelor's degree in a reputable college/university preferably in an IT related course or at least 3 years + demonstrable experience in supporting a Windows domain environment and administering business applications such as Oracle ERP, Clarify CRM, Agile PLM, etc.
• Must have hands on experience in Windows Active Directory accounts administration and Exchange mailbox management
• Exposure to Citrix Presentation Server, administering Oracle ERP, Clarify CRM, Agile PLM, Hyperion, OnTime, Lotus Notes, Sharepoint administration
