Female, 25 to 35 years old
Graduate of BS Psychology or any related course
With at least 3 to 5 years experience in Human Resources functions; especially in Organizational Development
With excellent leadership skills, mature, dynamic and result-oriented
Can effectively communicate with all levels of personnel
Can perform all HR functions such as recruitment, organizational development, training, compensation and benefits, employee relations and policy implementation
