Main Purpose of Role
· Create and/or update information under the direction of the Team Leader

Core Responsibilities
· Encode, re-format, collate information received from clients
· Refresh existing records that have reached their update point.
· Check existing records to ensure their relevance and correctness
· Support our goal of having a 100% accurate database
· Mentor and/or orient new staff as necessary
· Stay within project deadlines
· Maintain peak productivity

Essential skills, experience and abilities
· Excellent computer skills
· High proficiency in English
· Ability to grasp technical concepts
· Ability to work under minimal supervision
· Ability to do what it takes to meet tight deadlines
· Experience with the MS-OFFICE productivity suite (Word, Excel)

Desirable skills, experience and abilities
· Previous HR or Recruiting experience highly regarded
· Previous Marketing or Market Research experience highly regarded
