Inbound Technical Support

Open Access Marketing Philippines is seeking at least 3 inbound technical support representatives who are completely fluent in the Microsoft Windows environment and well-versed on the internet.

You will be providing technical support to Americans with varying degrees of questions from:

1. How do I install and setup Skype?

2. How do I reset my user password in Windows XP?

3. Can you help me setup my POP mail in Outlook for Gmail?

The questions are very basic in nature, but will require individuals who varying degrees of flexibility. A neutral accent with a strong command of the English language is required.

Starting salary will range from 22,500 PHP to 26,000 PHP depending on experience. Previous technical support experience at a large call center (Amergris, Convergys, IBM/Daksh, Microsoft) highly desired.
