Senior VB Programmer

• 3 years Visual Basic 6 programming using a good range of tools and techniques (e.g. ActiveX .COM etc). • Good Understanding of databases • Ability to write flexible and configurable software • Interfacing to devices using serial, TCP/IP • Multimedia skills and knowledge of Graphics file formats • C++ Knowledge • An interest in television, graphics, video and related areas • Good interpersonal skills • Self motivation • Creative thinking and a sense of fun Job Responsibilities Assisting in the further development of our core systems. Design and build game show and gaming applications based on core systems Writing of user guides and other documentation for 2 above Support and changes to new and existing systems Assisting with the selection of hardware integration for installed systems Overseeing the installation and configuration of systems at the client site Providing training to operators and clients at the client site
